This design capability, coupled with quick-turn prototypes, makes us an ideal partner to provide the power your system requires.

From our initial proposal, through design review meetings, we consult with your Engineers, and exchange suggestions every step of the way. And you are in control of the design and development of your product. As magnetics manufacturers as well, we design and produce these critical components.

Using a modern analog CAD printed circuit board design system, we perform the placement of the components quickly and efficiently. On-site sheet metal and plastic-molding facilities provide ready access to prototype as well as production parts. And supportive suppliers for printed circuit boards and the broad range of electrical components required have been developed over nearly a quarter-century in the power business. Close attention to the most economical design approach ensures a competitively priced product as an integral part of your system right from the start.

Our Engineering Staff includes a full time product Safety Engineer who interfaces with the UL, CSA and VDE/TUV agencies on your behalf. Whether the assignment is "design-to-meet" so that your system will be readily accepted for recognition, or calls for us to perform the required tests and submit the design, we are well-prepared to work with you.

Manufacturing Capability

Because our design concept is oriented toward ease and efficiency of assembly, our manufacturing approach is one of simplicity as well. With strong computer control over component parts, subassemblies and processes, we're able to ensure a smooth flow on the production floor.

We have close and careful supervisory involvement over the processes throughout the entire build cycle. Printed circuit boards are designed for automatic insertion of smaller components. On-site availability of unique head sinks and chassis assemblies gives us tight control over both quality and supply of these critical parts. And as a leading manufacturer of magnetic components, with over thirty years of experience in this field, we're able to ensure that the heart of the power supply is done right.
